Join us for Christmas Eve! If you are new to Zion or new to church in general, you can learn a bit about visiting by clicking here.

Christmas at Zion is one of the most amazing times of the year to worship! Join us to make your Christmas both meaningful and spiritually renewing as we focus on the reason for this holiday – that God’s love comes to us in Jesus!

We have two worship experiences on Christmas Eve. Communion is served at both services and unlike some churches, we have an open communion policy – everyone who attends is invited to participate. So come and be a part of Christmas at Zion!

5:00 PM – Family Christmas Eve Worship. This kid-friendly service has accessible music, a sermon designed just for kids that adults will love being part of too, and candle lighting to end the service (with regular flamed candles as well as electric candles for little ones so everyone can participate!). This is a great, all ages experience way to celebrate Christmas.

10:00 PM – Traditional Christmas Eve Worship. If you like the wonderful tradition of a late night service to end Christmas Eve and start your celebration of Christmas, then this service is for you – all with a mix of classic hymns and carols, a message of hope and promise as we celebrate the birth of Jesus, and ending with candle lighting and the singing of “Silent Night.”

Christmas is about more than a chance to buy presents for under the tree. It is even more about a God who has come down among us in Jesus. God is so in love with the world that God simply cannot stay away. the Bible says a title for Jesus is “Immanuel: which means ‘God is with us.'”

Come celebrate God’s love at Christmas – you’ll be glad you did!
