There will be a dozen car trunks with candy, several activity stations, hot chocolate, cider and cookies, music and more! We’re doing it in partnership with the Southwest Area Neighbors (SWAN) and Elgin Partnership for Early Learning (EPEL) will also be there. This is a great, free community event for families, kids, and anyone who just wants to connect with neighbors on a beautiful fall afternoon.
